Return Policy

Thank you for purchasing our product from our website chugashilajit.com.

 

We offer a 45 day return policy to our customers if our product doesn’t help or satisfy the customer. Once you receive the product(s) you have 45 days from the time it has reached your address to make a claim by sending us an email at info@chugashilajit.com. If 46 days or more have passed since the arrival of your product, you will not be eligible for a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your complete product(s) must be sent back. This includes the shilajit jar(s) and the shilajit spoon(s) placed back into the packaging box that it came in.

 

When responding to your claim we will ask for proof of a receipt. A screenshot of the confirmation order will be sufficient.

 

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when returning any products with the exception of products that arrive defective, damaged or are the wrong items. In these three cases, we will refund the customer for the return shipping cost, more details for this process are located in the Refund Policy.

 

THIS PROCESS AND POLICY APPLIES TO THESE SCENARIOS:

 

  • If there is faulty manufacturing or it is broken quickly after use
  • If the product doesn’t help the customer or they are not satisfied
  • Any other reason that the customer deems their experience with the product insufficient

 

CANCELED ORDERS

To cancel an order you can email us at info@chugashilajit.com. We suggest for customers to contact us within 12 hours regarding order cancellation or change. If the order has not been shipped out at the time we receive the email, we will simply refund your order within days of the cancellation request. The full payment including shipping cost will return to the customer, details of this process are in our Refund Policy. If the order has already been shipped out, you will need to wait until the item(s) has arrived to your address and then you can proceed with the return policy process which is stated above. In this case, you will be refunded for your payment but not for the shipping costs.

 

WRONG, DEFECTIVE AND DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If a product(s) arrives at the customer’s given address and it is the wrong item, defective or damaged promptly contact us at info@chugashilajit.com with details of the product. Once we instruct the customer to send back the product(s) and we receive the item(s) we will ship the proper order back to the customer within a couple of days. In this case we will re-fund their return shipping cost. If you want to return the product and receive a payment refund instead of receiving your order again you can let us know in your email. Refer to our Refund Policy for more details on this process.

 

RETURNS NEED TO MEET ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS

 

  • All returns must have the shilajit jar and lid intact along with the spoon
  • Returns have to be sent via registered mail
  • All items have to be in their original packaging and well packed for shipping
  • Any item that does not meet the conditions above will not be refunded or exchanged.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the arrival of the returned item(s).
