Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Reasons a customer would not be approved for a refund:
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days of Chuga Shilajit receiving the item(s). You will receive the payment that you paid for the product(s), however, you will not receive the shipping cost that you initially paid at checkout.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when returning any products with the exception of items that arrive defective, damaged or are the wrong product(s). In these three cases, we will refund the customer for the return shipping cost. Once your claim is made, a staff member will reach out to you via email with specific directions. We will ask for a picture of the item(s) that is defective, damaged or the wrong product to verify the claim. If the customer does not send a picture and we receive a product that is not deemed defective, damaged or wrong, we will not refund the return shipping cost. ORDER CANCELLATION
If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, then you can change and cancel the order. We suggest for customers to contact us within 12 hours regarding order cancellation or change. If the item(s) has already been shipped by the time we receive a cancellation email, the customer must follow the the policy and instructions in our Return Policy. The customer will be responsible for the shipping return cost. In this case it will no longer be considered a cancellation but rather a return. EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only exchange items if they are wrong item, defective or damaged. Promptly contact us at info@chugashilajit.com with details of the product. Once we give you the approval to send the item(s) back, we will ship the new item(s) as soon as we receive the exchanged item(s). The customer will only receive a refund for the return shipping cost if we receive the item(s) and the customer sends a photo of the shipping receipt to info@chugashilajit.com. We will not refund the shipping cost if the customer does not provide us with a picture of the shipping receipt.
IF THE PRODUCT NEVER ARRIVED
If the product never arrived, the customer must email us at info@chugashilajit.com. We will initiate an investigate for the case with the postal services and try to collect as much information as we can. If we suspect the postal service never placed it at the correct address we will re-send your order free of charge.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.
