Thank you for visiting and shopping at chugashilajit.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

 SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

 All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Customers will receive their product(s) within 4-7 business days of placing their order (this does not account for the rare occasion that the package route gets disrupted in the postal transit). Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. International customers should expect delivery within 2-3 weeks of their purchase. 

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

If you didn’t receive your product after 3 weeks of your processed order, then please contact the shipping courier with your tracking code. Any further questions and help you can contact our team by emailing info@chugashilajit.com for more assistance or unanswered questions.

 WRONG ADDRESS

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

It’s not uncommon for NO tracking information to show until your package has been scanned in by the respected carriers. It might remain “blank” for up to a week after you receive your tracking link. But If your order was placed more than a week and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

 WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

 CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Chuga Shilajit LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

 DAMAGES

Chuga Shilajit LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we are generous with our Exchange and Return Policies and will re-ship your damaged orders once you have sent back the original damaged order. The details for this process are located in the return policy. If your package is lost in postal transit please contact the last postal location that it was tracked at by using your tracking number. You can leave a claim with them for they would be the ones accountable for the products transit. Also, contact us at info@chugashilajit.com. We will open an investigation and work with you to resolve the issue.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
